not really much to say. it is what it is...photoshop and brushes

so this is the updated version
the band liked the idea of the other one
i added the cityscape, got rid of the lightening bolt
and inverted about everything
they wanted their name bigger and more up front
so
this is what i came up with
now just to get the approval on the final
and we are ready for print

wish i was doing more of these than bands myspaccce layouts
ha.
but you take what you can get

okay so heres the first one i came up with.
and i wasnt really diggin the colors.

so i changed it to this electric looking green color

not so sure if i like it either.

i know the band wants brighter than this.
so it doesnt really matter what i like :D
back to the drawing boards.

So...this is my first Illustration Friday (IF) piece. I'm not sure if I'm completely happy with it but I'll post it for now. As you can see its the Cheshire cat. I always like the storyline of Alice in Wonderland. So what better character to use as my topic. This piece is done in Photoshop CS. It took me about 4 or so hours to complete. I might go back in and touch up some things and figure out a new layout for it...eventually. I will repost the new one if I make any changes. Enjoy!
